Your first session will involve an assessment of your problem and we will try to establish if CBT is the right approach for you. We will also look at its impact on your life. Having completed the assessment, which usually takes 1.5 hours, I will then be in a position to outline a treatment package which you can then consider. You are not obliged to accept this.

Treatment is not about making you do things. You tell me the problem - you tell what you want to do about it and I’ll show you the steps you need to take to achieve your goals.
